Precautions for the construction of air duct introduced by the manufacturer of spiral air duct fan

For the more complex civil buildings, in the design stage, each type of work (HVAC, water supply and drainage, power supply and lighting and building specialty) should first negotiate space separation to determine the elevation range of each type of pipeline. In general, it is not allowed to exceed the limits set by itself. In case of any section to cross the boundary, it shall negotiate with other projects.

Before construction, the engineer of the main equipment shall draw the pipeline of each type of work on a plan. Each pipe is made with a color pen. The elevation of each intersection shall be integrated to see if there is any contradiction, and timely find out and solve the problem before installation.

When the air duct carries general gas, the black steel plate air duct shall be treated with rust removal and antirust paint. The dust containing gas can be coated with wear protection layer. When the ambient air humidity is relatively high, the outer wall of the air duct shall be treated with anti-corrosion and rust prevention. For the inner wall of the air duct of galvanized steel plate which carries high temperature and high humidity gas, it is advisable to spray phosphating primer or other corrosion-resistant coating.

When the air duct is conveying high temperature gas or low temperature air, the outer wall of the air duct shall be insulated (cold). The purpose of heat preservation of air duct for conveying high temperature gas is to prevent the heat loss of air in the pipeline (appearing in the central air conditioning system in winter); in addition, it is to prevent the heat from being emitted into the room and raise the room temperature when conveying waste hot steam or high-temperature gas, and can prevent people from being scalded due to contact with the air duct.
